ATX Half Rack HRX-620 With Plate Load Lat Pulldown
The ATX half rack with PL lat option is ideal for a home gym or studio with limited space. You get a strange stable half rack made of 60x60x2mm box section with integrated multi angle pull up bar and 35 21mm laser cut holes. The hole are 50mm (centre to centre) apart. The rack has a 400kg load rating. and includes j hooks and front safeties.
The lat pull down has a 1:1 load ratio and can be loaded up to 160kg. The lat pull down has plastic plain bearings and ball-bearing pulleys for smooth friction free running and chrome-plated guide rods made from 20 mm thick solid steel. It has an adjustable leg brace to keep you in place for lat pull downs and rubberised foot pads for comfortable bracing when doing rows. Both high and low pulleys have not stretch cables.
