• Light and smooth-running bearings on chrome 25 mm steel tubing.
• There are 10 lock-out points for the smith machine, which are cut-outs in the uprights.
• The total capacity of the rack is 200kg. 160kg load capacity for lat attachment.
• Includes one pair of Lift-Offs for use as a free rack on the front. Lift-Offs double as Smith Machine Safety Catchers!
• Lift-Off/ J- Hooks with rubber contact points. Suitable for use on the inside and outside of the frame. 
• 25 height adjustments for Lift-Offs, with 50mm steps for correct positioning.
• Plate-load lat attachment has both a high and low pulley and operates on a 1:1 ratio.
