Popular for getting past strength plateaux's or in rehabilitation use. Similar to power band work, there's less weight at the mid-position of many movements. We'll use the squat exercise as an example, chains used alongside weight plates are a good way of reducing load at the mid-position of the squat. This chains sets offer good size links in order that they ruck up well in use (this is an important factor!).
