Simple - retainer sleeves to put over your barbell sleeves, thus acting as a spacer to best accommodate the power bands and retain them in place without impedment by the weight plate. Sold as a pair.
Great for use with power bands and pegs, or, for hanging weights with a power band (like you may with our Bandbell Bars).
