The IOS incline chest press is a plate loaded machine for exercising the upper chest muscles. The exercise is the same as the dumbbell equivalent but safer as it removes the instability of the dumbbells and the effort of lifting and putting down the dumbbells. Easy to adjust and load for all abilities. Allows you to target the upper chest and focus on the movement and effort and not stability / balance.
