Not limited to squats, the ATX Belt Squat Machine is the ideal machine to add load during many other exercises and/ or S&C drills...try shadow boxing on your toes for 3 minutes with 80kg weighing you down.
Something you may wish to know: Each plate is approximately 65cm deep by 50cm across. From the outside of one foot plate to the other, the distance is 115cm (the same as between the uprights of an Olympic-width rack). Leaving a gap between the footplates of 15cm.
