The Plate Loaded Lat Pulldown / low row is the prefect piece of equipment for a home gym or studio. The dual attachment system allows you perform a multitude of exercises.
The hight of the machine means that even a tall person can get a full arm stretch or range of motion on a lat pulldown while seated. The shape of the foot rests gives you the ability to preform rows with out hurting or having pain in your feet.
The machine can be loaded up to 180kg. The new design gives storage for an attached bar on top and is now easier to put together.
