The Index bar is a multi positional pull up bar with and easy to move swivel action mechanism. The different handles and widths give you up to 60 different hand hold positions (4 different grips and 15 positions). Made with 27mm bar and knurled for extra grip.
Made for the ATX 700 series of power rack (PRX-710, 720, 750, 755 and 770.
