- Three grips with different thicknesses, to swivel and simple exchange : 25 mm , 38 mm and 48mm (grip length 175mm).
- Distance between handles in-use: 65cm from centre-to-centre.
- The handles are marked at the center and provide knurling for extra grip.
- Strong heavy-gauge square frame 50 x 50 x 4mm.
- The frame is fully welded and accurately balanced and is therefore particularly well and securely in the hand.
- The inner diameter of the frame is 78 x 63cm.
- Heavy loads up to 400kg.
- Suitable for use with and olympic (2"/ 50mm) weight plates and collars. Sold separately.
