The advantage of being able to do the exercise with individual arms is that you can focus on the movement and you can work your weaker side without your dominate side taking over. The unit is weight loaded and used Olympic weight plates. The unit has a 400kg load rating. Easy to load and use so perfect for both gym novices and pros.
